Hello and welcome to the start of a new week
Wasn't sure whether I would get to post on here today after my very very late night or should I say early morning, didn't get to bed until almost 5am...very naughty, anyhow I have managed to upload another couple of cards for all you creative people and hope you like them as much as I enjoyed making them,
The first card here I have used one of my favourite stamp sets from SU it's called *Bloomin with Beauty* and it's just that...I love it,
My second card for today was created using a Penny Black stamp, Martha Stewart punch and cuttlebug embossing folder, I coloured the flower using watercolour pencils...ENJOY!!
Thank you for stopping by and please leave a message if you want more details
Pretty in pink
Hi folks,
It's that time of day that I really should be in bed (almost 2am) but I just wanted to share another card with you,
This card was made using a 14cm square white card base, I attached a 13.5cm square slightly patterned pink paper to the top of this,
I then used Martha Stewarts daisy fan edge punch down the 2 sides of white cardstock and Martha stewart daisy fan corner punch on all 4 corners of the same white card...I used a colouring pencil to draw lines down the 2 punched sides and an ink pad to colour all around the edge,
The flowers were stamped on white cardstock using the Stampin Up set "Blooming With Beauty" and coloured with colouring pencils...this was mounted on to more of the pink paper and then attached to the main card using mounting foam...I used pink organza ribbon tied with a double bow made on my hand made bow maker,
I haven't added a greeting as I'm not sure what event I will use this card for, the sentiment can be added at a later date, also noticed one corner has not been coloured with ink but will do so before going to bed...goodnight all
Pure and Simple
Hi everyone,
I made this card today and as it was so quick and simple to make I thought it would be a nice card to share,
Before I give you the details on how to make this card I must tell you that all my cards start off with a white folded card which I digitaly print my logo on the back, from there I build up my card front,
To make this card I used my white base card then attached white card which I embossed at the top with cuttlebug swiss dots and scored 2 parallel lines at the bottom using score pal,
I then added a piece of white cardstock which had been punched along both edges using Martha stewart scalloped border punch and then Martha Stewart butterfly punch in the cente of each scallop,
The flowers were made using EK Success daisy punch, I used ink pads to create colour to the scalloped edge and also the butterflies and flowers, flat sided pearls were used on the butterflies and flowers and the ribbon bow was made on my home made ribbon bow maker, the greetings was from my stampin up short and sweet set and stampin up window punch...please leave a message if my instructions aren't too clear,
Hope you've all had a safe and super week-end and look forward to you stopping by again
My lovely Granddaughter
Hello and Welcome
Hi everyone,
I have only just created this blogging page so please bear with me until I upload some cards I have made and give you the instructions on how to make any that may take your fancy,
I am inspired to share my work because I feel I am so lucky to have other people share their creativity with me,
In the meantime I am adding a couple of pic's of 2 of my babies, Solomon and Sheba, I decided on these names as I thought they live like royalty so they might as well be named aptly, Solomon is the quiet shy baby while Sheba is the active noisy one some might say "just typical of a female"
I hope you will bookmark this site and come back in a couple of days when I have some cards to share with you...also hope our Australian readers are enjoying their Anzac long week-end and taking time to reflect on all those brave men and women and young lads which lost their lives serving us and also those which returned some maimed and limbless lets wish them all everlasting peace.
